Intuitive eating helped me drop the guilt and pressure around food. But even with all that work, something was still off. My energy was low. Inflammation was up. The food noise wouldn't quiet down.
So I started exploring options — quietly, cautiously, and only with the care of a licensed provider. My peptide journey actually started with my naturopath, who first introduced me to this world of medicine.
I tried Semaglutide first, but the side effects weren't right for my body. Switching to Tirzepatide changed everything — it's been the protocol I've genuinely loved. I also experimented with microdosing, and worked closely with my doctor to dial in the most therapeutic dose for me personally.
